Position 1: Executive Assistant to CEO

At reCharkha, we thrive when our people thrive.

We’re currently looking for an Executive Assistant to be a supportive force to CEO. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention for details. This person should have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to managers. Given the dynamic nature of the executive landscape, we rely on Executive assistants to be flexible and consistent while maintaining the confidentiality of high-level systems and operations.

Objectives of this role

  • Support the CEO primarily, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently
  • Maintain and refine internal processes companywide, and coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflows
  • Manage communication with employees by liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks
  • Plan and orchestrate work to ensure that our CEO’s priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld

Responsibilities

  • Manage professional and personal scheduling for CEO, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics
  • Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to senior executives
  • Manage other senior executives’ travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, and meals
  • Provide administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and maintenance of filing system and contacts database
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials
  • Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site

Required skills and qualifications

  • Two or more years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems
  • Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees
  • Preferred skills and qualifications
  • Experience in overseeing budgets and expenses
  • Experience in developing internal processes and filing systems
  • Should have your own laptop

Salary Proposed:

CTC of ₹20,000-25,000 per month

Position 2: Associate - Social Media and Content Creator

Experience: 1-2 years

Location: reCharkha's Karvenagar Office, Pune. (NO Work-from-home applications will be be considered!)

Work days and hours: Monday to Saturday, 10am to 6:30pm. And Flexible as and when required.

Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 per month depending on experience.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Photography/Videograohy and Editing:Capture high-resolution images and videos for various social media marketing and promotional materials and website. Edit and retouch photos using Adobe Photoshop and other editing software to ensure visual consistency and quality.
  • Graphic Design:Design and create compelling graphics for digital and print media using tools like Canva and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Develop eye-catching banners and creatives for Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other online platforms.
  • Stay updated with trending video styles and formats to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Banner Creation:Design visually appealing banners for online and offline use, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Creatives for Ads:Develop high-impact visuals and creatives for various advertising platforms to drive engagement and conversions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in photography, graphic design, and videography.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and video editing software.
  • Strong understanding of current design trends and digital advertising best practices.
  • Ability to create content tailored for different social media platforms, including knowledge of trending reels.
  • Own a Laptop with the required editing softwares.
  • Willingness to travel to our production unit near Pune for content creation

Position 3: Associate - eCommerce

Experience : 1-2 years
Location : reCharkha's Karvenagar Office, Pune. (NO Work-from-home applications will be be considered!)
Work days and hours: Monday to Saturday, 10am to 6:30pm. And Flexible as and when required.
Salary : ₹18,000 to ₹20,000 per month. Negotiable depending on experience.

We are looking for a customer-centric and cordial E-Commerce Associate to join our Social Organization. You will be primarily responsible for streamlining all e-commerce and Social Media Ads activities. Your strong digital marketing skills is a plus in identifying new market opportunities and preparing promotional campaigns. You should be able to use your e-commerce experience in forecasting sales and resolving conflicts.

Job Requirements :

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring, managing and updating website content such as product listings, inventory updates, etc.
    - Monitoring website content to ensure that it is easy to navigate and visually appealing.
  • Analysing consumer behaviour and preferences
  • Ensuring all product details are mentioned correctly
  • Assisting in developing promotional campaigns.
  • Ensuring hassle-free consumer shopping experience
  • Ensuring website changes/updates are rolled out on time
  • Utilizing SEO techniques
  • Understanding consumer behaviour and analysing sales report
  • Forecasting website sales
  • Estimating stock requirements
  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Handling Social Media promotional campaigns and ads.
  • Identifying and resolving customer queries, if needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration
  • Technical understanding of Website configuration (not website development). Experience on Shopify will be preferred
  • Proven work experience in eCommerce industry
  • Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM techniques
  • Basic knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook ads.
  • Displaying detail-oriented and consumer-centric approach
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and identify current market trends
  • Familiarity with marketing tactics
  • Problem solving ability
  • Ability to manage stressful situations and strict deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools especially Excel. Experience on Shopify platform will be preferred.
  • Strong marketing background and having an impressive digital presence
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, as needed by the organisation
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other team members

Position 4: Associate - Business Development

Location: Pune, Maharashtra India. Work-from-home applications will be not be considered

Work days and hours: 6 days working including Sunday, 11 am to 8 pm. Any one weekday will be off, pre-decided as per candidates convenience. And as and when, required for the events.

Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 per month depending on experience.

Job Description

  • Respond to comments, DMs, WhatsApp messages received on brand's social handles in a timely manner.
  • Assist the customers if making a purchase through social media channels if they request for it (There's no sales target here; but all sales made by this person will get him/her an incentive on top of fixed salary).
  • Answer the calls received from customers for queries/ concerns etc. (No cold calling as such).

Key ­­Requirements:

  • No previous work experience is mandatory in this field. Only condition is to have good language and communication skills in English, Marathi and Hindi.

Position 5: Associate - Event Co-Ordinator Cum Exhibitor (Sales Executive)

Experience: 2-4 years

Location: Pune, Maharashtra India. Work-from-home applications will be not be considered

Work days and hours: Monday to Saturday, 10am to 6:30pm, as and when required during events.

Job Description:

  • Scouting for major Exhibitions, Events, trade Shows & Expos to showcase our products
  • Scheduling workshop visits to weaving unit and doing the required arrangements
  • Stock, Resource, and logistic planning
  • Attending exhibitions or sending planned resources
  • Ensuring Customer Data entry
  • Reaching out to potential Corporate Clients and secure orders for corporate gifting & events
  • Studying the market by researching online, joining networking forums, interacting with people/customers at exhibitions
  • Planning and Execution of Media Campaigns with the Marketing team for specific events, celebrations, felicitations, award functions and other relevant occasions
  • Presenting Exhibition Sales data

Key ­­Requirements:

  1. Passion towards the cause of Sustainable Development & Environmental Conservation
  2. Positive attitude and willingness to exert persistent effort for the growth of the Organization
  3. Ready to travel in and out of Pune whenever needed

3) Supporting our team at Exhibitions in your city
